A service request was initiated on june 1, 2018 for transfer of hathway broad band connection from 1602, era 3, marathon nextgen to 801, era 3, marathon nextgen i. E. Within the same complex. This request has not been responded to despite several calls and emails. The latest one being a 45 minute wait over a service call this morning to repeat the same complaint. This despite being a premium customer for last 7 years.. We are being charged for the past 17days without being provided service. Shame in the name of customer service.
