[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund for my wifi router deposit amount

Due to relocation, i have deposited my hathway connection modem and wifi router and was supposed to get deposit money back for my router. Have deposited the router on 17th aug-18, but have not received refund amount as of now. And no response from billing desk as well, have done multiple follow-ups on email and call, but nothing happening.
A/c no. [protected]. My grn no. Is 277331. Latest complaint req. No. 817492.
Can anyone help on this.

Updated by KaushalT Have not received any feedback from Hathway and have escalated this to hathway Mumnodal division as well, but seems they are least bothered about this.
