[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund of annual subscription fees after trai's new rule

I had paid one year subscription fees Rs. 6050 on Oct 1, 2019 for top package offered by company. Company had stopped displaying some channels from Feb, 2019. So I did contact company office in city and they asked me to select channels as per tria's new rule and pay fees. They told balance amount of package will be added to your company wallet. I did complaint for the same on Mar 2, 2019 to customer care of company. But I still didn't get any result. They are trying to extend my current channel selection without my permission. My complaint is very clear, I need refund of my balance package.
