[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund/adjustment of double payment | |||
Hathway account no. [protected] I am writing to you as i have eventually lost my patience in chasing the hathway nodal officer and the call support guys for the payment issue that i am facing since 5th nov, 2019. Hathway owes me rs. 2300 since more than 3 months for which below are more details. I had made double payment of rs.2300 due to hathway portal issue on 5th nov, 2019. I have called numerous times to customer support guys and have written to nodal officer for money refund or next cycle adjustment; but no one cares to resolve or even aptly respond. It is as if i am a stupid customer begging for my own money and it is clear case of customer exploitation. Below are the details of the recent customer support calls: Call 1: support person says that my account would get credited with rs.2300 within 30 days. Call 2: support person says that my account got credited on 30th dec, 2019. Call 3: support person says that rs 2300 would be auto used for next cycle and no account deactivation would be done. Call 4: support person says that today ie. On 7th feb, 2020, rs.2300 would be auto used for next cycle and my deactivated account would be activated within 4 hours. Call 5: support person ‘ vishal rastogi’ says that i will get a call back from senior person within 1 hour and my issue will be resolved. Call 6: support person ‘yuvraj’ says that he can’t do anything in this case and asks me to resolve it myself by visiting office. Nodal officer sameer haldikar: just writes to the support team, to which no one replies or cares for. Also, request details are present on the portal/hathway application. These are just some recent call details. Every time there have been different statements made by customer support guys. How can the service be so pathetic and fraudulent. This is clearly customer harassment against which i need to raise it to the highest level possible until it is resolved. Right now, hathway has disconnected my internet. If refund wasn’t possible in these last few months, at least expected hathway to adjust the amount for this new cycle. As my work is getting hampered, i immediately need my internet activated and the amount adjusted to current cycle, or else need the refund of my amount immediately without any delay or fake timelines. Feb 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to call the nodal officer myself again and again. He connected me to the chief accountant and then the issue finally got resolved in 2 days. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Hi Hathway, please stop sending SMS messages to my mobile number +91 [protected]. I have closed hathway account 7 years back and moved to different city. I am not at all interested in your services. Request you to please stop sending any SMS to my mobile
