[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — router is not working for last 7 days | |||||
My hathway router is not working for last 7 days. Instead of raising service request with number 21082017w449543; nobody is attending this request to solve this problem. Customer care executive had told to change the router but no one is attending the same. Even when i'm calling the helpline number, they are simply disconnecting the line. Aug 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved In the evening time they were sent there technical people to solve the problem. Now I am happy. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
