[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — sunnxt subscription not provided as promised and data speed is also not that.. worst customer service | |||
Hathway promised me to give sunnxt subscription during the installation and it’s been 3 months still yet to get credentials. Customer service is worst.. I have been calling them for almost 5 times and every time they will tell we will get back to u with in 10 working days.. If i ask can u please resolve when i am in call they tell no we can’t. Jan 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing.. they just marked the complete as resolved with out resolving any thing...
They haven’t called me or they haven’t given any explanation in message..
Really don’t have any idea how they can mark as resolved with out doing any thing Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
