Hathway Cable & Datacom — worst customer care service

Hi sir,

I have requested broadband connection on 23rd aug 2018, but stil i didnt get the connction, i called to customer care more than 20 times but no positive response.

Note : i spoke to one person, he was ask me to wait in the call more than 2o mins, i have attached the screenshot fyr.

Please take proper action else please ask them to refund my amount.
