Hathway Cable & Datacom — Wrong billing | |||||
Hi, I am satish, my account no is : [protected]. It was my bad luck thats way i have opted hathway broadband. Previously my connection was prepaid so i have rechaged it with 900 for 1 moth. But cc say that we will not give you option of 1 moth in prepaid. Then i asked what about my 900 rs that i had already recharged as previous call with cc, they mentioned it could be adjusted in your bill. Which is not adjusted yet. — 1 Again i had chat with cc for put on hold my account some 1 month. They just said you drop mail to us with date so that we can put your account on hold on this duration. But they havent done this. They sent me a bill for 2 moth with big total. Very bad service provider and lair. I have that call and mail with me. Can you help me on this.
