Hathway — Cable not working frequently VC No.[protected]

We are facing issue with cable in a every month at least 15 days cable not working and after calling Heathway local office on phone not picking call only ringing or busy and not received any call back. After at least 50-100 call if their mood good they pic call. Engineer who came to resolved issue contact number also showing out of service when call next time.
