Hathway — Customer service in Chennai City

We had a connection issue in our hathway broadband network. We are continuously trying to reach the customer care service and also we contacted the customer service representative in Chennai but they are not responding properly. The are not considering our request to resolve our network problem. It's seriously affecting our job.. because we had hybrid model.. so have to connect from home for 2days
