Hathway — Deactivation of account

Dear Team, I am K. Tirumal Reddy, availing Hathway broadband internet services, with Customer Id: 1286314. Hathway has promised me 3 months + 1 month offer to me before my renewal, once i renewed my account they had deactivated after 3 months i.e., on[protected] although i had intimated them that i belongs to 3+1 offer on[protected] itself. From then repeatedly i am requesting them to re-activate my account but they are telling different stories and putting fault on my side and today on[protected], they are asking me to submit my Id and address proof, which i cant because i am out of station and they have not communicated this to me through mail or sms till now, for renewal they will communicate through different means but now they are not. I am in dire need of internet services at my home because my spouse is preparing for some government examinations and i am out of station. Apart from that i had an emergency on[protected], but my internet services were deactivated so that i was troubled alot at late night. Today's my request id with Hathway is 14439510. I had given my phone number and personal information In order to know about their plans.
And later I decided not to take the connection but ever since then I've been getting unnecessary calls from hathway asking if I want to take connection..
I have repeatedly told them not to call me..
Yet they call from different numbers.
So annoying.
Regret giving my phone number.

I regret taking a connection with Hathaway.
As I have to shift to another city I asked them to deactivate my connection and collect back the modem but there was no response from them. They you use to call repeatedly with different numbers every time with different offers. And then after 1 year when I have shifted to different city they started asking for penalty charges for not returning the modem. Even after giving 500 ₹ as penalty charges through paytm there is no response from them.

The most pathetic service and customer representative ever. How many times I have been told you people don't call me but you have been amazingly annoyed me by calling 2-3 times a day. Even after I have explained thousand times that I am out of City and I myself will topup whenever I need it and I don't want any calls from you. You people don't understand English and Hindi but I am sure you must understand the simple words or sentence " stop calling" ? Being a customer representative you seriously don't get it ? You have exceeded the heights of insensitivity to bother, annoyed and pissed me so off. Tried many times online on your website to to deactivate the account permanently but you don't let me do that also. You are now torturing me mentally by calling in the morning at 10am when I needed the rest well.(because of work shift timings) the same day even after told you clearly not to call me back.you will exactly call me in afternoon till late evening. I am so exhausted with your calls and your cunning pathetic attitude. YOU REALLY SUCK PEOPLE PATIENTS .

Hi Team, kindly discontinue my connection with Account ID #[protected] as I have moved out of the city and will not be renewing the connection and I am getting calls again and again even after requesting the customer care to close the connection and it is really getting irritating now

Hi HATHWAY TEAM, kindly discontinue my connection with Account ID #[protected] as I have chosen another broadband provider please disconnect my connection. And also I have informed the customer care. But still, I am getting calls again and again even after requesting customer care to close the connection and it is really getting irritating now. if I blocked the number also they are calling from different numbers.
