Hathway — Dishonestly sold used setup box

Hello, I’m a subscriber of Hathway digital cable connection from past many years; yesterday I subscribed cable connection for my 2nd TV. I like to share my bad experience with you about the service which I received from “STAR CABLE NETWORK” 18/1, 1st Main, Marenahalli, Vinayaka Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560040. PH 080 23207622. Could you please inform me what is the fair price of Hathway digital set up box? I have seen people selling set up box for crazy price! I’m totally frustrated with STAR CABLE NETWORK, I ordered brand new standard set up box and end up paying 1300 Rs for used set up box and STAR CABLE NETWORK has refused to provide supporting bill for the setup box. How setup box can be sold without the bill? I did not get sealed packed setup box, remote is completely starched and numbers are not visible on the remote. STAR CABLE NETWORK has dishonestly sold used setup box to me. Could you please follow up with STAR CABLE NETWORK and get me fairness? For the price I have paid, I need to receive brand new set up box (completely sealed box) with bill. I wrote this email with hope of Justice. If this issue is not getting resolved within 2 days, I will move to consumer court and switch to satellite TV.
