Hathway — Extension of due date internet service | |||
My name is alex fernandes i am hathaway customer a/c no - [protected] By mistakely i had done my recharge on (11/03/2020) before my expiry date which was 05/04/2020 as my prious recharge was on 4/01/2020 so my 20 days of buffer is pending. I hope you understand the above mentioned also i had called customer service on march month and explain the same also i have emailed my complaint to billingdesk on 24/06/2020 but nobody replied then again i called customer care they said your 20 days buffer will be ajested then i got this complain message (Your request for cc billing has been generated with a service id[protected]w270491) But still my request is not solved as my next due is on 5/07/2020 So requesting to look into this matter and please extend my due date please solve my issue asps.
