Hathway — False commitment of free days of service on purchase of new plan | |||||
My hathway broad account number is 1335659. There are 2 complaints that i have: 1. The internet speed was always less than promised and there were issue of frequent disconnection- i had put in multiple complaints but every time it was closed without my consent with no resolution. I have attached the screen-shots taken at various times when the system quota was not fully used and i was supposed to get the promised speed of 50 mbps. In the last complaint i had a site visit done where they agreed that the speed is low and said we will have service engineers come in and rectify the problem- but again as usual this never happened and the complaint was automatically closed without my consent 2. I had been promised free 1 week connection when i upgrade my plan (I had taken an email confirmation ) which is attached. Now despite repeated reminders and emails this commitment has not been honored and my connection has been disconnected.
