Hathway — Gmail not working and internet speed is very slow

I would like to know as to why your broadband internet never works properly from 10 a.m. to 12 midnight especially gmail????? What is going on? Can't you'll solve the problem. Your customer care never lifts the phone. I have tried several times. Its just testing my patience & wasting my precious time. Please treat this on an urgent basis. Zelia Fernandes 91580
