Dear sir, I was buy gtpl broadband service 9 month plan 50mbps in ₹4700 . Date 5 july 2021 but installation is pending I was paid ₹4700 in advance. Then he was telling me that it will happen within 2 days But it hasn't happened yet. Now they are not answering. If I asked for refund, they are saying not a possible. Please help me.
