I am a gtpl broadband customer facing issue of broadband connectivity for last 15 days. Everyday i am calling up their customer care and they close the request without any resolution. Everyday i talk to their executives and it seems like they are reading again and again same script. Everyday i call them and they say your complain will resolve but everyday from evening my net is not working. This is clear case of fraud and cheating, they have taken money and now not giving service also. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its a regular problem with GTPL and the support is pathetically poor. For the last 6 months, GTPL broadband was up for almost 4 months. For 2 months it was mostly down. You log a complaint and you have to keep on following for one week. But it won't get resolved. You have to literally beg for the solution and even after that It won't be solved.
