Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — broadband connection not working from 3 days

It has been 3 days that i have booked a complaint against gtpl broadband connection thay my internet is down there is no proper answer from their side they are just tell me that engineer is going to visit soon or that will be first thing in the morning but there is no action and today when i called them today on 12 sep they are saying that their server is down so they will not be able able to help me today most unprofessional service from a very respected company

My internet is down from 9/9/2019 till 12/9/2019
