Hi sir,
My self keyur sharma, i have gtpl broadband connection. I have made transfer request of gtpl broadband connection on 22/05/2020. Application no. Is : 44841. They said it will be transferred in 7 to 8. Days but after every 10 days and repeatedly calling customer care and office, i only get reply that it will be done today but never transferred. Its already 16 days and today i called my area manager mukesh bhai (Vastral branch) and i'm visiting vastral branch and bapunagar branch but not satisfaction answer and they said your application is shifting to the technical team,.. But not broadband not shifting my new address...
