Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — broadband speed upgrade issue | |||
I wanted to upgrade my speed for work. So I contacted gtpl customer care to enquire about the details. The CSR told me that once I make payment through online my speed will get upgraded within one hour. After paying the amount I waited for 24 hours. Nothing changed. I contacted support again. I was transferred 5 times and got hung up 2 times abruptly. I raised a complaint by email and the only answer I got was that my existing plan cannot be changed and I need to wait till 1st of April to get it activated. I explained that my job is at stake because of this and I was promised call back which I didn't receive. I called in today and the answer is not possible and the guy hung up again!! This is the worst broadband service I ever had in my life. I want my amount to be refunded I raised a complaint as well but I'm pretty sure I won't get any response. I really want to raise a formal police complain on this please suggest me ways on how to do it. GTPL IS A CHEATER!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
