Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — connection shifting not done

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Rajvirsinh Zala. I was using GTPL broadband service since long and recently (actually since last 7 months), I shifted to other location. Since last three months, I have requested to shift my connection and even since last 2 months I have paid for same. But, still it is not shifted. I have contact to customer care but, they just say we will do ASAP.

I am tired of this, please help me out here. I need my money back.
