Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Gtpl broadband failure | |||||
I have been using Gtpl Broadband from March 2016 (7months). And there has been not a single month almost when I didnt had to complain for the connection. Even after complaining for several times for the same problem, the complain is never handled in a specific period of time. It took more than a month to get my broadband back to working after complaining several times in May2016. we complained for more than 8 times but everytime I used receive a message that "your complain is registered and will be solved in 48hrs time" and then suddenly very next day or two, I had recieved message saying your complain has bee resolved. BUT IN REAL TIME NO ONE WOULD HAVE COME TO CHECK THE CONNECTION AND THE COMPLAINS WOULD BE CLOSED. I have also emailed to GTPL couple of times, regarding the issues I have, but I have not received any reply back. Basically, at the point of sale I have been told that the connection is 10mbps, where actually I hardly get 5mbps even. Customer care is just for the sake of show off. The most crap broadban service I have ever experienced in my life. I would suggest to people who are planning to buy Gtpl internet. We have received package 1.5 year for rs. 9500/-. the connection is every time break and not interested any person by GTPL Broadband Team. I have complaint many time from customercare but till date no solution. We have given for refund my money for no service provided by GTPL
