Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — gtpl broadband slow speeds

I am currently using gtpl broadband and i have 40mbps connection but gtpl are capping the internet speeds and not providing the original speeds for which customers are paying for i am complaining customer care from last 1 month but still no solution provided they always says we will look into it and no solution provided. You can also see the download speed that i am getting currently i am only getting speed around 1 mbps or less than that

Updated by yuvrajrana1 As you can also see the speed test results I am getting 2.6 to 3 mbps which was supposed to show 40mbps as my plan
