Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Lack of customer support | |||
A dangling GTPL broadband cable outside of my house has been cut by a passing truck on 24th September 2021 at 3 PM, for which I registered a complaint instantly on their customer care portal. Customer service team informed me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It has been 24 hours and there has been no technical visits or any inspection of the issue. I can see the cut broadband wires just laying on the road. There has not been any visit from a GTPL technician yet. This seems to be an ongoing issue as this was my 18th complaint in past 12 months. The GTPL customer care, upon contacting again after 24 hours, have informed me that it might take longer than usual. I am not sure how a legitimate business could be handled like this.
