Hi team, I had renewed my gtpl broadband plan on 23 march 2020 8:00 pm. The connection got shutdown on 25 march 2020 1:00 pm. I have registered complaints via mobile application and on their customer service portal. I am also constantly trying to reach them by customer care number but no luck. I had recently got my wire changed in january 2020, so i don't believe it to be a hardware issue. I contacted my gtpl agent (Gaurav) over call. He checked into gtpl portal and told me that my connection is showing offline and asked me to register a complaint. Since then he has also gone unresponsive. I know this are tougher times, so i waited for 2 days. But i believe if they try restarting my connection from their portal it would start as there are several neighbors who's gtpl connections are working alright. As we all are working from home, internet connection has become mandatory to work from home. I am submitting a complaint against gtpl via this forum in hope to get some response and solution.
