My gtpl broad band connection was started on 19-june-2016 but the mobile application as well as the data received from gtpl office says that the connection started on 18-june-2016. The gtpl executive confirmed that there is error and date will be extended. But it has been 3 months there is no updates. I emailed about 20 times to [protected]@gtpl.net and then to higher authorities [protected]@gtpl.net and finally to nodalofficer. [protected]@gtpl.net but there is only 1 response "we will look into the matter asap" but till today as on 13-sept-2016 there is no change or reply from gtpl broadband.

Updated by LOKESH86 There is no Response from GTPL. There do not care for customers. Further I emailed about 25 times to nodal and appellate authority but there is no RESOLUTION. They also do not solve the broadband issues.
