I have Gtpl net connection from around 6 months and every month I am facing serious problems in your net connection. Every month net is been close for 2-3 days twice or thrice. I dont know what are you doing with my connection but as a current student of mba and actuary I am very much mentally harassed by such problem. I want positive and permanent solution for this or else I have to contact consumer court. Waiting for yr prompt reply. Pariv shah User id: manish_3

Updated by pariv shah I am still facing net issues. and now it has crosssed every limits. from last 1.5 months my net is closed and every time i talk to them they have an excuse ready for the delay i am tired of this now...

I have ur gtpl net connection but some weeks it is not working . It is registered by ([protected] )this phone number. It is saw full network but it is not working..
