[Resolved] Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — refusal to provide me with the receipt of my transaction | |||
I have requested for wifi on 9th of june, after 15days a guy came and set up the fibre. Later after two days another guy came and check the power connection. Now after 20days, a guy came and set up the router. The speed provided by the service provider is below average. I have not received my user id or any receipt of the transaction even. I do not know who to contact regarding network speed. All they do is making excuse of covid 19. I am attaching the screenshot of the speed test done by me. I am new to varanasi and this has been a very stressful time for me as a student. My studies have been suffering because of few employees giving excuses of covid 19 vividly. I beforehand asked them whether it would be possible or not, they took the money well in advance but haven't given the services provided. Was this information helpful? | |||
