Since I purchase 30 mbps plan there was a many of times speed down for 2 to 4 hours and then after automatically reset the speed, I complain many of times to on toll free [protected] but end result nothing till time and actually they haven't any permanent solution that's why we are facing this kind of trouble, Also I complain to local techinition and his head technition but still they commit we look your complain and we are working on it and it will very soon restore, they have no any kind of query solving ideas. MY REQUEST YOU TO PERSONALLY DON'T TAKE THE GTPL BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICES IT WILL VERY WROST AND MONEY, TIME WASTING THING SO THINK ABOUT IT...
