Hathway — hathway broadband keep calling me 4-5 times a day even after i surrendered the device 5 months ago - requesting deletion of my acc

I've surrendered my Hathway connection and Modem in September 2024 itself. It's been 5 months now. I am still getting 4-5 calls daily for renewing the plan. It is so frustrating to the point it feels like they are harassing me. There is no account deletion option in the App, customer care doesn't pick up my phone.

I need the calls to be stopped to my number and delete my number and email id from the system immediately.
