Hathway — Hathway pre-legal team sending email for router

I had taken a Hathway Internet Connection in Pune with following details:
Account No - [protected]

I used it till the time I was in Pune and filed multiple requests for disconnection while I was about to leave Pune. Even after multiple requests I was getting multiple requests for renewal of account but no one cam down to disconnect the account. Now after leaving Pune for 3 months I have received a mail from Hathway Pre Legal Team and they have asked to return the device.

NOTE:
With reference to your mail TEAM HATHWAY, I have given you Pick up details in shared google form on 12-Oct-2020. Kindly collect your device as per the communicated schedule post that I will not be responsible for any of your legal actions or procedures.

I am in Ahmedabad and will expect them to send someone to collect since I had been regularly following up for disconnection without any success. Pathetic customer service in terms of disconnection.
