Hathway — Internet connection is down frequently

Hi Team, I have this Hathway Broadband connection since last 2 months. Internet is down every week and down for 24-48 hrs. I have sent mail to customer care and Nodal Officer but no use of it, no one is responding. When I have called up Customer care[protected] on 13th Jan Call center, agent said "Enginner will visit in in next 4 Hrs to rectify the issue"and till date no one visited. I called up yesterday again but useless agents gave me same reply, Engineer will visit in next 4 Hrs, again no one visited yet. Agent are not professional and robotic, they have 0 knowledge. I called up today again and now they are saying entire area is down. And agent said me to visit local Chinchwad Office and check the status. I asked phone number and address and they denied to provide details...they said google it(I have not found and contact details online). I brought this 50mbps connection Last month and I`m getting max 13-14Mbps speed and i have sent mail to Nodel Office and helpdesk and called up as well but no action taken till date.
