Hathway — Internet connection is down frequently | |||||
Hi Team, I have this Hathway Broadband connection since last 2 months. Internet is down every week and down for 24-48 hrs. I have sent mail to customer care and Nodal Officer but no use of it, no one is responding. When I have called up Customer care[protected] on 13th Jan Call center, agent said "Enginner will visit in in next 4 Hrs to rectify the issue"and till date no one visited. I called up yesterday again but useless agents gave me same reply, Engineer will visit in next 4 Hrs, again no one visited yet. Agent are not professional and robotic, they have 0 knowledge. I called up today again and now they are saying entire area is down. And agent said me to visit local Chinchwad Office and check the status. I asked phone number and address and they denied to provide details...they said google it(I have not found and contact details online). I brought this 50mbps connection Last month and I`m getting max 13-14Mbps speed and i have sent mail to Nodel Office and helpdesk and called up as well but no action taken till date. Kindly action strict action against this Hathway Broadband. I am working from home and its impact my Business a lot. Hi HATHWAY am uday kiran . we using hathway internet since 8 months .starting 6 months its good .But from 7th month we are not getting internet properly. daily am calling to costumer care people they are raising the request and saying technical person will come to ur place to check the issue .but before technical person comes to the place issue is getting closed . again am raising the issue . So do you people think that we doesn't any work apart calling to you costumer care .you costumer care people dosen't have mind .when we calling they are saying our application is not working please call us after 1 hour its ms . IS this is the services which you providing to the public ...when you unable to provide good services to the costumers then what is the reason of company ... Very slow inter net ... we facing lot of issues...

I am paying for 50MBPS and getting 18-20 mbps...after 10 Gb getting 128kbps...it should be 50 mbps / 512 kbps really disappointed
