Hathway — Link down daily from 1pm to 7pm

My user id in hathway is 1589195. Everyday the link is down from 1pm to 7pm. When complained, we always get a standard answer that it will take 24 hours to recover. We took the connection so that we can work from home but due to the link down daily, it's not possible. We have to use Tata Docomo 3G dongle which is much much better because it doesn't go off in between like Hathway during meetings. Very bad service. We are stuck with 3 months package else we would have changed the service provider long time back. Request others not to get cheated like us.
