Hathway — Neglect of Transfer of connection services.

Every time we contact hathway they either promise to send someone who doesn't come or tell us to make a 450 rupees deposit for transfer. We'll gladly pay the 450 if we get at least a confirmation call that the technician is arriving on site. I have mailed all the necessary documents to the email id they had given. I have also provided them with multiple contact numbers so we can't miss their calls. They did reply to my one mail with the promise of someone contacting but no one did. I am attaching the email conversation below. Please try and provide us with any help you can, our current plan lasts for 2 more months and is going to waste, remaining unused.
