Account number:1016487 Registered name:Girish Acharya Email id:[protected]@gmail.com A week ago I had registered a request for transfer of connection from:- 814 Twin towers B wing Pumphouse Andheri East Mumbai to:- 31 A Siddharth Apartments Napean Sea Road LJ marg Mumbai Currently in our situation we dearly require Internet usage for projects and homework to meet various deadlines. Every time we contact hathway they either promise to send someone who doesn't come or tell us to make a 450 rupees deposit for transfer. We'll gladly pay the 450 if we get at least a confirmation call that the technician is arriving on site. I have mailed all the necessary documents to the email id they had given. I have also provided them with multiple contact numbers so we can't miss their calls. They did reply to my one mail with the promise of someone contacting but no one did. I am attaching the email conversation below. Please try and provide us with any help you can, our current plan lasts for 2 more months and is going to waste, remaining unused. Thank you for your concern, You have helped me before(Thank you so much for that) hence I trust you people will pull through.
