Hathway — not attending phone

L, senior citizen request so many times to concern person mr. Krishna kumar to collect cheque from residence as i am unable to go office which is located at 4th floor due to continous followup and email nobody response.. Hence given mobiles are always switched off. I hereby request to please take some serious action on this matter.

Please note that few days back i had given email regarding collection of cheque [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net but no response.
