[Resolved]  Hathway — not extended the validity as promised

I took hathway connection on 22nd nov -17 (Acc no:[protected]) in hyderabad for 6 months (So supposed to end on 23rd may -18).
As part of this plan, they said i will be getting 1 month extra.
When i sent mail they responded as below:

"greetings from hathway!!

Subject – concern raised with respect to service related towards account number : [protected]

We would like to inform you that the offer will be added before due date."

But hathway have not extended the validity and my validity got expired now.
