Hathway — Payment issue | |||
I have renewed my hathway broadband account no: 1011485 on[protected] thru onlinesbi netbanking. The amount of Rs. 2853.46 debited from my account for the plan MQN_Combo 512D-2048N_6Mnth. But neither my account got activated nor showing in payment history. I have not got the money back. When I enquired in the bank about the payment, the bank authority is saying that the amount is paid to hathway account. Its been already over one and half month and still no action from your end. When I tried to speak with your customer care executives, they are not answering me properly and telling me to mail to surat help desk. I have been mailing to surat helpdesk many times.
