This is Praveen, I'm using hathway for very long time, Today(15/02/22) I have recharged my account (Account no:[protected]) for quarterly plan at 50mbps i.e Rs.1397 through phone pe and I got debited on my bank account but the plan has not been activated. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful as soon as possible, please credit back the amount deducted or activate the plan, awaiting for your reply,

I have made payment through Hathway app., Previously I was recharging with 1766 plan now I recharged with 1397 rs, and I have received a message that'Dear Customer, we have recevied payment of Rs 1394.Your accounts required 1766.46 payment for Renewal', now how can I proceed further? Kindly help me with this.
