[Resolved] Hathway — Poor service and regular interruption in net connection | |||
It has been more than a month since we selected hathway as our ISP. My account number is 485746. I have 10 GB of data per month at 2MBPS speed and later unlimited at 1 MBPS. However, I am hardly getting any speed on my internet connection. In addition, we are facing frequent disruption like the net is not working either in the morning or in the evening. Many complaints has been logged to the customer care as well as billdesk. However, the complaints are not being attended to our satisaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
