Hathway — Promises for 15 days extra but not included

My Hathway Account number [protected] name Sanjay have complained against Hathway they charged Rs. 2835 for 3 months with 15 days extra usage but then they did not provide that 15 days extra usage, they were arguing that it was just for 3 months and suspended my service for renewal after 90 days rather than 105 days. Even after repeated calls they are not reachable and there is no service to listen to the customer complaint, They have services to get the money I got around 10 calls in last 5 days but when I raised this complain no one have any clue of 15 days extra usage
