[Resolved]  Hathway — refund after cancellation of hathway broadband

I have subscribed for hathway broadband connection on 15th March 2020 in our office premises (Pune) by paying online Rs- 1297 for 1 month plan the person who has taken money said that connection will be established next day. I got call from one lady from hathway she said that your broadband plan got cancel you have to take quarterly plan. So, I have decided to cancel subscription.She has said she will do cancellation process and i called that person who has done my bb connection process he said I will cancel your subscription till date I dont get message and mail regarding cancellation and he said your money will will refunded with 3 business day and till date i dont get my money refunded that guys also not picking my phone.
