I requested for connection shift to my new location and paid 300 Rs. After 2 to 3 days they called and told me it was a non-feasible area and couldn't be shifted. So I took a new connection from another broadband company. The problem is Hathway is responsible for refunding me the 300 rs I paid for their shifting service which was not provided to me. Since January itself I am requesting a refund, everyday one agent will call me and ask for the device recovery and no one is responded to give me the refund. It's been 3 months since I haven't got the refund amount. Every agent will call me and tell me they'll check and call me back and no one will call back.
I need a refund for the 300Rs Hathway stole from me.
