Complain 1- 9th March, 2015
I had a Wi-Fi connection in South Delhi, Kalkaji through Hathway Broadband. My Account No provided by them was 1169933. I purchased my connection on 30th August and returned my Wi-Fi set on 6th December and I was told that Rs.1000/- will be refunded for the modem in the next 15 days. It has already been three months since I’m asking for my refund of Rs.1000/- Every time when I call them they say it takes time to process at least 15 days and you will get your money in a week or 10 days maximum. After that I have already called innumerable times for my money but not getting any response from their side. I have called on the provided number (+91 [protected]) (+[protected]+91 [protected]) but they are not helping me at all. They even cut my call now or do not receive when they see it is my number but when I call through an unknown number it is received at once. I am asking for my own money but it seems something else. A refund process of Rs.1000/- does not take three months. This is utter nonsense. This is not the way a customer should be treated. They have crossed all the limits now and I am left with no option except to complaint against them. I request for an action against them. I need my money back. This issue was notified by the complaint forum to the hathway broadband services but no response is taken form their side or any action of refund is seen.

Complain 2 - 23rd March, 2015
I have not yet received any response from Hathway Broadband Services and have neither received any refund of my money. I want my money with the interest of three months now with compensation of harassment they have caused to me. I have been continuously calling them but they are not receiving my call and this is what they are doing from past three months. This is seriously very harassing and very humiliating. This is not the way a customer should be treated. I want a serious action against them now and my money with interest. Was this information helpful? |
