Hathway — Router recovery harassment

Even after repeatedly telling the telemarketers from Hathway that my router has been recovered and sending multiple complaint mails to the hathway support, I am getting calls almost everyday about not handing over the router and legal consequences that will be imposed. I want this daily harrasment to stop, even if it means that I will have to pay 2500 bucks.
