[Resolved]  Hathway — Serious Network Issues in my Hathway Broadband

Writing to you as i am facing serious issues in my internet. This has been consistent from July 2020 onwards. This year post my renewal in Jan, it's been worst. I have tried to connect with local team but no help. Experience of hathway has been very poor. Please help me resolve. Last 2 months i am using my hotspot mobile for my office work. This is really not acceptable given high charges paid monthly.

I request you to look into this immediately and help me resolve. Also i am requesting for either refund or additional months given i am not getting basic service and connectivity for last 2-3 months. Believe the customers are important to you and you would like me to continue with you. If not, happy to leave and get some other system.

I am tried of continuously complaining with no help or support.
