Hathway — Termination of Broadband connection | |||
I am holding Hathway Account Number: 1015434 and requested to terminate the service for the given account number on May 1st, 2015. Reason: Permanently moving to Hyderabad I spoke to one of the executive (Varsha) today and raised a request for the same. Request Number: 12655348 and to refund my deposit amount. Till 30th May 2015 none of the executive provided an status update and also wrote an email to Nodal officer. I guess everyone is sooo busy that they did not even address my request, hence i am not left any options and raising the complaint and will be dealt legally if no action is taken. I have contacted your one of executive dated on[protected] and paid 1343 via online and registered.
while on registration your executive confirmed that connection will be given on[protected] in between 9AM to 12PM..however they failed to call and when i revert back to them they are not answering and i am not getting any update on connection.
so please cancel my registration and refund my money.

I have raised request regarding the internet not working, but till now no response worst service.
Sir. I am Hathway broad cusstomer no [protected]. My connection breaks continously repeatedly. Compain booked 20 days back. Neither attending nor closing complain. When call customer care they send message the say it is pending. How long. You have toattend with 24 hours. I want to disconnect it. Help me

Worrest provider, I have contacted customer care to close my connection and they didn't raised the request, and got the call from customer care to renew the service again. When I ask them to close instead of renew, they are asking for the money to close. How can I pay the amount for closing connection, got the call from mobile number [protected]. Such a worrest service it is. While taking the connection they said it's a free router, if that is the case why I have to return the device?? Even I'm ready to return the device, because it is no use for me but why they are asking money to close connection??
