An agent named Hanumanthu, contact: [protected] contacted me and asked for my basic details to get a new hathway fiber connection (Dated April 18, 2026)in Indiranagar 18th Main road. I shared my details and then he sent me a link for 6 months plan - Rs 4595 and I did a UPI payment and the payment was successful from my end. However, he said that the payment didn't reach Hathway account. I confirmed with my bank as well and they confirmed that the payment was credited into Hathway cable and datacom limited account. I tried contacting the customer support through [protected]@hathway.net, shared the relevant details as well and they haven't provided any kind of support. Even the customer care contacts that they have mentioned on their website https://www.hathway.com/About/ContactUs are all out of commision. Please help me in getting the refund of my amount, this is pure customer harrassment.
