Hathway — Unauthorised entry into my house by their staff

On 25.07.25 around 5.15 pm TWO of your staff CLIMBED OUR LOCKED MAIN GATE, AT MADIPAKKAM, CHENNAI. THEY JUMPED INSIDE MY COMPOUND & WENT TO THE TERRACE. THEY DID WITHOUT MY PERMISSION & I HAVE CCTV FOOTAGE OF THIS..!! I confronted other staff standing on the road, which company you people are with whose permission they have entered ? He gave a vague reply that Chennai corporation asked them to relocate the wires and SOMEONE STANDING ON THE ROAD ALLOWED THEM TO JUMP INSIDE !! On persisting which company he said Hathway. I want to know how your staff members are doing this ? Are they not educated ? What if something goes missing in my house ?
SHALL I RAISE A POLICE COMPLAINT OF TRESPASSING IN MY PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION ?
I need an apology from your company and from the concerned staff members and also an assurance that such things will not happen in future.
I have been mailing and they are giving a standard reply we are looking into it.
