Hathway — Very bad speed in Bangalore

We have taken a new connection just 5 days back from the day 1 it has issue. It's keeps on disconnecting and if it works too it never connects to any website that bad download speed we are getting. While providing the connection they promissed that 30 GB download limit with 50 Mbps speed per month. But I didn't even get 512 Kbps, when I check speed test. So far we have raised two complaints but no use. Surprisingly on 2nd complaint when I was talking to customer support kept me on hold for 30 min and disconnected the call. Please this is not way to handle customers. My account number is 1357262. Please resolve my issue at the earliest. We are using airtel since 5 years we are very happy with their service, As we have moved to new house where we don't get airtel we have chosen Hathaway. Frankly we never expected this kind of service from Hathaway as it has a good name in Bangalore. Please rectify my issue if not please do the disconnection and refund my money.
