Hathway — wrong plan activated due to over amount paid | |||
I am using Hathway internet in home, From hathway they offered me a best plan to change from my current plan, While changing the plan, The payment was made twice to that account. I have informed that hathway person to resolve the issue immediately, He said that the remaining amount will be utilized in next month.I have followed every day to cha But now they are saying for that amount high speed plan has been activated. They didnt check with me for activating high speed plan and the amount also high.I Spoke to customer care also they are very rude and not ready to help. They are telling once any amount posted we will convert that higher amount into plan. Please help me in this issue.
